David earned his B.S from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN, and has continued to evolve with the industry, staying ahead of trends while staying grounded in service and integrity.

Russ is an experienced professional with a broad flexible packaging background in food, medical and industrial markets. As a plant and general manager he specialized in printing, adhesive & extrusion laminations, multi layer blown film, recycling, slitting and converting. With a history of developing packaging specs and film structures to ensure success, Russ excels at listening and responding to your needs, sourcing capable manufacturers and driving results.

Troy brings over a decade of experience in the plastics industry, having overseen all aspects of company operations as President of Norflex Inc. His leadership spanned plant management, formulations, purchasing, sales, and strategy, giving him a strong foundation in driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
At PPC Polymers, Troy leads New Business Development, with a focus on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and innovative polymer solutions. His combination of technical knowledge and executive leadership enables him to align customer needs with business growth opportunities.
